Documentation Management Specialist

Treasury Management Officer

The treasury management officer provides exceptional customer service to treasury management clients and internal bank associates. This position is responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding existing relationships by using a professional and consultative approach to sell treasury management solutions. The TMO will significantly influence client decisions to help businesses succeed though efficiency, automation and maximum utilization of assets. The TMO will partner with lenders/business relationship managers and retail managers to present, onboard, administer and support new business deposit opportunities.

This is a salaried position in the bank’s Jefferson City branch.

  • Responsibilities
    • develop client relationships as a trusted advisor, recommending value added products/services
    • keep a working knowledge of digital banking solutions to effectively deliver treasury management products and services support, demonstrations or presentations
    • actively engage with potential customers to market treasury management products and services, both independently and with commercial and retail associates
    • prepare proformas and presentations for customers and prospects
    • partner with all internal customer support teams to provide exceptional client servicing
    • achieve deposit and fee income goals
    • assist with or lead training for commercial and retail teams on treasury management and digital banking products and services
  • Requirements
    • bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or equivalent
    • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred

Loan Servicing Specialist

The loan servicing specialist performs a variety of loan servicing functions and has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the loan administration area. Some primary responsibilities include escrow servicing, transaction processing, HMDA review, processing nonposted transactions, balancing general ledger accounts, participation loan settlement and document review.

This is a salaried position in the Jefferson City branch that offers flexible hours.

    • setting up escrow review in the servicing system related to new loans and loan modifications
    • process escrow disbursements for payment, advances and payoff transactions
