Responsibilities
- develop, manage and expand commercial and personal banking relationships in the Jefferson City market, with a focus on long-term customer partnerships

- serve as the people leader for the loan operations department
Requirements
- at least 7 years in banking, with detailed knowledge of residential, commercial, consumer and leasing loan products
- minimum 5 years managing other groups of managers within loan operations
- proven leadership with large scale loan operations and guiding strategic initiatives
- high school diploma or general education degree; prefer bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience
