Deposit Operations — IRA Specialist

Be part of an expanding team supporting a growing community bank! The deposit operations — IRA specialist at Old Missouri Bank in Springfield performs tasks related to the oversight of retail deposit and savings accounts. Assisting with IRA operations and regulations are a focal point for this position. Scope of duties include assisting with daily operations of CD/IRA/HSA maintenance and monitoring, account verification requests, customer maintenance, reconciling insufficient and nonposted items, GL balancing, communication by email and telephone with customers and staff, and assisting with regulatory and compliance activities. 
A minimum of three years of retail banking experience is required, including teller transactions and new account setup. Advanced knowledge of IRA operations and IRS regulation preferred. There is the potential for remote work opportunities.

Education Program Administrator
The Missouri Bankers Association, a statewide trade association in Jefferson City, seeks to fill a new full-time position of education program administrator toassist in the marketing and execution of education programs. This position will work closely with others to develop and distribute communication and marketing materials for conferences, seminars and webinars; will travel to events within Missouri to assist in event logistics, site review, member experience and vendor coordination; and will serve as virtual event facilitator by hosting webinars and online seminars and tracking participant engagement.

Qualified candidates should possess strong communication skills, team values and innovation in developing new ideas. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and time management skills. Minimum requirements for consideration include a bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and graphic design products such as Adobe Suite and able to travel within Missouri with some overnight travel and limited evening and weekend work.
