Data and Technology Support Specialist
MBA is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented data and technology support specialist to join its team. This full-time position involves developing database reports, resolving data issues and providing general technological assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- develop queries, reports and dashboards from the membership database
- identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly
- provide technical support for software, hardware and network-related problems
- assist in the maintenance and optimization of database systems
- collaborate within and outside the organization to improve data management processes
- assist with end user support and training as needed
- document and update technical procedures and user guides
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
- knowledge of and willingness to learn relational databases and reporting software
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with various operating systems and office software
- project management skills a plus
