About the 2026 Data
- Information is collected on nearly 100 full-time positions.
- Results are reported by asset categories and geographic regions.
- All data are reported in summary format to prevent identification of a specific bank's compensation information.
- All data submitted remains confidential and will be used for no other purposes.
- Regional data report available from five states -- Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Ohio.
Order Survey Results
Survey results will be available later this summer.
- MBA members participating in the 2026 survey may purchase the results at the discounted price of $260.
- For participants purchasing the survey results, a customized individual bank report also will be made available.
- The nonparticipating member price is $500.
