This workshop is designed to provide lending knowledge and administrative effectiveness of one of the most important positions in a community bank’s lending staff – the loan assistant/loan processor. All of the objectives of this program are directed at increasing the performance effectiveness of these individuals.

Presenter
Adam Trower
Adam Trower is chief financial officer of Gateway Management Group, which operates privately-held companies in St. Louis, Tampa and Orlando. He previously served as senior vice president/director at Community State Bank of Missouri in Bowling Green. His 17-year banking career has been primarily focused on lending, but Trower has also served on the bank’s ALCO committee for more than 10 years and worked in branch management, investments and marketing. He was honored with MBA Young Banker of the Year Award in 2014 and is a 2012 graduate of MBA's Banking Leadership Missouri. In addition, Trower has served on various MBA boards and committees throughout the past 15 years, including currently chairing the MBA Services Corporation Board. Trower graduated from Saint Louis University with a bachelor's in business administration-finance and the Barret Graduate School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee.
