Overview
During this webinar, we'll cover the HMDA basics, focusing on the data fields that are reported by banks who qualify for the partial exemption. The full expanded fields will not be addressed. We’ll identify common problem areas and suggest methods to address those problems to help banks develop good practices to collect and document the data thoroughly in order to file the HMDA LAR correctly. These “best practices” can help reduce the risk of exam violations and the possibility of having to do an examiner-ordered HMDA scrub and refiling.
