This leadership development experience is a LIVE, six-week, online program designed to advance the self-leadership and emotional Intelligence skills of women bankers because when we invest in women leaders, we invest in a more innovative and profitable financial future for us all.
All sessions are from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CST.

Program Format
The program will be delivered LIVE via Zoom.
Can’t make a LIVE session? Although we highly recommend you attend sessions live for the participation factor, we understand sometimes that’s not possible. All live sessions are recorded and available until the end of the calendar year. You can watch when it’s convenient for you, but it is suggested to “catch up” before the next session.

How much time is required each week?
It depends what you want to get out of it. At a minimum, we suggest setting aside 90-minutes a week for six weeks to attend the LIVE class or to watch the recording. Anything outside of this experience is your choice. These choices may include a glass of wine [or tea] and some quiet reflection time or a journal and pen to finish answering one of AmyK’s provocative questions.
