Registration Fees

All meal functions are included in the registration fees. Spouse, guest and children must be registered to attend these events. You must be a fully registered convention attendee to participate in golf.

  • Member Registration -- $630

    The fee is for employees, officers and directors of MBA-member banks and MBA associate members. The member fee includes admission to all convention business sessions, social events, the exhibit hall and meal functions.
  • Spouse/Guest Registration -- $350

    The fee is for a spouse or guest who is not employed by the bank. This fee also is for guests ages 18 and older. The fee includes admission to all convention events. Spouses/guests must register to attend social functions.
  • Family Registration -- $1150

    This fee includes one MBA member, one spouse and all children ages 17 and under. The fee includes admission to all social events and meal functions.
  • Child Registration -- $95

    The fee for a child ages 13 to 17 includes admission to all social events and meal functions. The fee for children ages 12 and under is free. The fee includes Tuesday's reception, Wednesday’s breakfast, lunch, dinner and Thursday’s breakfast.
  • Nonmember Registration -- $2520

    This fee includes admission to the convention business sessions, social events, the exhibit hall and meal functions.
  • Nonmember Family Registration -- $4600

    This fee includes one MBA member, one spouse and all children ages 17 and under. The fee includes admission to all social events and meal functions.

Golf Tournament

You must be a fully registered convention attendee to participate in golf. The tournament fee covers green fees, cart, lunch and refreshments. Prizes will be awarded.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received at the MBA office by Friday, May 17. An administrative fee of $50 per canceled registration will be assessed if notice is received after Monday, May 20. The remainder of the registration fee will be refunded. Because of financial commitments MBA must make to the hotel, refunds will not be granted for cancellations after Wednesday, May 29. Substitutions are always permitted.

Meal Cost Breakdown

The cost of meals and entertainment included in the member, nonmember and spouse/guest registration fee for this convention is $350. This information is provided for your bank’s tax records in keeping with the IRS 50% deductible provision under Section 274(n) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Name Badges

To preserve the integrity of our registration process, no one will be admitted into the conference sessions or social events without a name badge. Your name badge will serve as your official ticket to all events.

Dress Attire

Business or business casual is acceptable for all sessions. Cocktail attire is acceptable for the Wednesday evening reception.

Image Use Policy

Registration or participation by an individual in attending Missouri Bankers Association events and activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the MBA’s use and distribution, both current and future, of the attendee’s name, image or voice in print, media, social media, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of, or reporting, such events, and activities and promoting MBA activities, services and programs. Attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and MBA communications and publications and agree that all such images, pictures, video or audio recordings, and any reproduction thereof, shall remain the property of the MBA to use at its discretion. Consent is binding, perpetual and may not be revoked.
