The official convention headquarters is the Hilton Branson Convention Center. It overlooks the beautiful Lake Taneycomo and the Branson Landing. 

MBA has secured room blocks at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel and the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing. Both hotels will continue to accept reservations until the arrival date based on availability. Make reservations as soon as possible. The special room rates will be available until May 9 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

After this date, room reservations are based on availability, and MBA’s group rate is not guaranteed. 

EARLY RESERVATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED! ALL CONVENTION DELEGATES MAY NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE HEADQUARTERS HOTEL.

Reservation Guidelines

To secure a guest room reservation, a major credit card will be required. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge for the first night’s room and tax charge.

Check-In/Out Time

Check-in time is 4 p.m.; checkout time is 11a.m. All guests arriving before 4 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel bellmen can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. If you choose a late checkout, the fee is $25 per hour for checkouts after 11a.m. and before 3 p.m.

Early Departure Fee

If a guest checks out before the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to the guest’s individual account (currently, one night’s room and tax). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel no less than 48 hours before the day of arrival.
