Next Generation in Banking is designed for bankers who are interested in opportunities to further develop skills in leadership, communication and advocacy. Our mission is to enhance and foster the development of Missouri’s next generation of banking professionals.
Participants benefit by increasing their knowledge of the banking industry, learning how to advocate for their banks with lawmakers and regulators, improving their communication skills and expanding their professional networks.
