This workshop is designed to provide lending knowledge and administrative effectiveness of one of the most important positions in a community bank’s lending staff – the loan assistant/loan processor. All of the objectives of this program are directed at increasing the performance effectiveness of these individuals.

Intro to Financial Analysis
Overview
The purpose of this program is to provide bankers with a thorough understanding of the key elements of the commercial borrower’s cash flow and relate these elements to the requirements of safe and sound loan structure. The primary purpose of this program is to provide the resources necessary to ensure both the bank’s lending and collateral position, as well as the health of the commercial borrower’s balance sheet.

Ron Rushing
Ron Rushing is the president of Rushing Consulting Group LLC in Sparta, Missouri. During his banking career, he served as a safety and soundness examiner, a commercial loan officer, director of loan review/internal audit and chief credit officer. He is a frequent speaker for state banking associations on topics including commercial lending, credit risk management, cash flow/financial statement analysis and loan documentation.
