9 a.m.	Golf Tournament – Branson Hills Golf Club Fee: $125 per person - *registration required

10 a.m.	5 Stand Clay Shoot – Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy Fee: $175 per person - *registration required limited to first 20 bankers This form of clay target shooting offers a more complex course than trap or skeet as it simulates the unpredictability of live birds with clay targets being dispersed from a variety of angles and vantage points. Fees include instruction, shotgun rental, ammo, 25 targets, golf cart, ammo pouch, prizes and lunch.

10:30 a.m.	Charcuterie Dessert Demonstration Fee: $75 per person - *registration required This class is being presented by Missy Harlin of Splendid Graze. Take your charcuterie-inspired dessert box to a new level as you learn how to style cheese, meat and fruits to make your presentation pop and wow your friends and family. Take your dessert box that you created back to your room to enjoy during convention.
