About the Workshop
The MBA Lending Compliance Workshop is designed for bankers who must ensure their bank’s compliance with federal and state laws and regulations affecting the lending function. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions throughout the workshop. A federal and state lending manual will be provided to each attendee electronically.

Bryan Bradley
Vice President, Compliance Services
Missouri Bankers Association
Bryan Bradley, CRCM, is vice president of compliance services for MBA Bankers Service Corporation, an MBA subsidiary. He joined MBA in 2018 and provides compliance, BSA, fair lending and HMDA reviews for MBA members, in addition to developing compli-ance tools and templates. Bryan has more than 26 years of banking experience, specializing in consumer protection regula-tions. He has worked at banks of all sizes in eastern Missouri and Illinois, along with a stint as a consumer compliance examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and eight years as a senior consultant with a compliance consulting company. Bryan is a graduate of Truman State Uni-versity in Kirksville with a degree in accounting and the American Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Compliance Management.
Terri D. Thomas, JD

Kansas Bankers Association Legal
Terri is the director of KBA’s legal department and manager of its subsidiary, Kansas Bankers Consulting Services LLC, both of which provide legal and compliance services to banks in Kansas and their branches in other states. Terri, who has worked in the banking industry for more than 40 years, has served as an adjunct professor at Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, and the University of Kansas School of Law in Lawrence. She is a frequent seminar presenter for financial associations in the Midwest.
Robert (Bobby) Young, JD

Kansas Bankers Association
Bobby is a vice president and staff attorney with KBA’s legal department and its consulting subsidiary, Kansas Bankers Consulting Services LLC, working in the area of HR and IT. He joined the KBA in 2015 after serving as a legal intern while attending Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Kansas. With nearly 15 years of employment and human resource experience in the nonprofit and small business arenas, he has a wealth of practical knowledge to support the Missouri and Kansas banking industry.
