Rick Watts has been at Central Bank of the Ozarks (formerly Empire Bank) his entire banking career and has helped many local businesses with their lending needs for decades. Rick was hired to work in the loan department and as a collections agent. In his career, Rick was promoted to vice president, senior vice president of installment loans and senior vice president, commercial loan officer.
Rick also is known throughout the Ozarks as helping individuals with their first car loan. If you mention the name Rick Watts to a stranger, they will almost always say, “I think he gave me my first car loan.”
Rick grew up in Rogersville. He enjoys golfing, fishing, playing bridge and traveling. With all of these hobbies, Rick said he should retire but appreciates his relationships with co-workers.
He and his wife, Penni, have been married for 36 years. He has a stepson, Brandon, and a granddaughter, Makayla.
