Jerry Von Rohr began his banking career in the national accounts division with Boatmen’s National Bank in St. Louis. In this role, Jerry traveled the country to meet customers and bankers. His career has offered him experience working with both community and regional banks.
For 30 years, Jerry served as chairman, president and/or CEO at these organizations: president, Hampton Bank; chairman and CEO, Crestwood Metro Bank, executive vice president, Metro Bancholding Corporation; chairman and CEO, Mega Bancshares Inc.; president-St. Louis region, Magna Group Inc.; and chairman, president and CEO, Reliance Bancshares Inc. and Reliance Bank. Since 2011, Jerry has served as senior vice president for Jefferson Bank and Trust Company. He serves on the board, loan committee and asset/liability committee, and he is responsible for the Creve Coeur location and loan production.
Jerry is a graduate of Drury University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s of science in commerce from St. Louis University, with a major in management and minor in finance. An active community leader, Jerry has served on many boards and councils, including the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis, Drury University Trustees, Boy Scouts of America and Missouri College Fund, and he was a youth mentor for Brentwood School District for 10 years. Jerry enjoys golf, traveling and playing bridge.
Jerry and his wife, Elizabeth, are celebrating 52 years of marriage. They have two sons and four grandchildren.

work hard, learn as much as you can about various aspects of banking and don’t be afraid to take a chance. Be close to your customers but always be professional, and have fun along the way.
