Bank compliance requirements have become increasingly complex and extensive.  Through the Compliance Hotline and numerous compliance educational events and publications, the MBA has assisted its members over the years to help bank compliance personnel understand and implement state and federal compliance laws and regulations.

A new service for MBA members will strengthen your bank’s ability to meet these compliance challenges.

Chuck Lewis has joined the MBA staff as Vice President, Compliance Services.  Chuck has over 30 years of banking and compliance consulting experience, with UMB Consulting Services and most recently with RSM McGladrey.  He frequently speaks at programs across the country and has conducted over 100 Bank Secrecy Act reviews and over 100 other compliance reviews at banks.

Chuck joins the MBA compliance team to help you with your compliance needs.  He will be available to conduct reviews in your bank, provide in-bank training for your employees, or assist you with other projects tailored to meet your bank’s specific compliance concerns.
