The Missouri Bankers Association wants to provide MBA members with information that will help you be even more competitive and successful. The 2013 MBA Bank Compensation and Benefits Survey is just one way we can help you make that happen.

Information is being collected on almost 100 full-time positions, in addition to employee benefit, director, incentive compensation, and retention/recruiting information. The results are reported by asset categories and geographic regions. All data is reported in summary format to prevent identification of a specific bank's compensation information.  All data submitted remains confidential and will be used for no other purposes.

Data entry for the 2013 survey is now closed.  The 2013 results should be available some time in June.

Survey participants can purchase the results at the discounted price of $95 (which includes an individual benchmarking report).  The non-participating member price is $275. The results are available on a CD as a .pdf file or in a printed manual.  In addition, MBA members who provide data for the survey will have the opportunity to participate in a free Webinar conducted by Patty Wise on the issue of classifying exempt vs. non-exempt personnel and other important employment issues.  Patty is an attorney specializing in employment and labor law and is a well-known speaker on these issues.  She serves on the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison.  Details are being finalized on the webinar specifics and will be provided to all survey participants.
