MBA Membership Categories
There are three MBA membership categories: Active, Associate and Individual. The Bank Counsel Section was established under the Individual Membership category.
This division consists of any national or state bank or trust company, any federal or state savings and loan association, or savings bank located in Missouri.
All banks that are affiliates of a multi-bank holding company and qualify for active membership in the Association must be members, or individual affiliate banks of such holding company will be denied active membership.
For additional information, contact Rachael Preston.
Associate Membership is designed for vendors, consultants and financial service providers who want relationships with Missouri banks. Come join the many that are already proud to be identified as Associate Members of the Missouri Bankers Association. We invite you to become part of the banking industry's foremost trade association in Missouri.
Associate Membership provides you with the opportunity to penetrate key markets and improve your organization's competitive edge. It offers you the opportunity to meet a large number of potential clients and develop personal recognition at a single stop. In the increasingly competitive financial marketplace, an Associate Membership can help you and your company become an integral part of Missouri's financial community.
Your current and prospective customers are our members. Through advertising, exhibiting, sponsorship and attending MBA events, you can establish key working relationships. To apply for Associate Membership, please click here for a copy of the application. Please note an MBA member bank must be your sponsor for initial approval. The application will also outline all the benefits of membership and dues information.

The MBA Board of Directors established a section known as the "Bank Counsel Section" in 1993.
