Annual Convention

Held in June of each year, the MBA Annual Convention offers outstanding banking industry speakers, time for correspondent banking activities, an exhibit hall full of the latest banking products and services, sports tournaments, and dinner and entertainment.

Young Bankers Leadership Conference

Held in October of each year, this conference is geared to middle level bank managers. 

Bank Legal Issues Conference

This conference is a survey of current legal topics presented by bank attorneys to both attorneys and senior management. This conference is a part of the Bank Counsel Section, but is open to senior bankers and compliance officers as well as any attorney working for or with banks. The Conference is held during October in Columbia.

Compliance Conference

Held in September of each year, this conference is designed for the more seasoned compliance person at the bank. The focus is on staying up-to-date on new developments and recent changes in laws and regulations in order to be prepared for your next compliance exam.

Executive Management Conference

Held in December of each year, the Executive Management Conference speakers are among the nation's top experts in bank management. In addition, members have the opportunity to exchange ideas with their peers. This seminar is a must for bank executives who want to plan now for the future!

MOKAN Trust Conference

Held in May of each year. In order to stay competitive, you must stay up to date on any applicable law changes and new tools available to you.  This conference provides continued educational opportunities in all disciplines of our industry.  It also provides a good networking opportunity to talk to you colleagues to see how they are handling certain issue.  Giving trust professionals tools and information to do their job better.

Tri-State Leadership and Human Resources Conference

This conference is usually held during March in conjunction with the Nebraska and Kansas Bankers Associations. The topics and agenda are designed for the bank CEOs of tomorrow and bank human resources professionals. The conference is usually held in March.

Women Bankers Conference

Held in April of each year, topics for the Women Bankers Conference in past years have included compliance, how to work with governmental entities, assertiveness training, motivating employees, customer service, and stress management.
