Denny brings 31 years of experience in the financial industry to the MBA. He was previously manager for KPMG Barefoot Marrinan. In this role, he presented seminars for numerous trade association groups and clients, as well as consulting on all aspects of consumer compliance for banks and savings institutions. Prior to working for KPMG, he was one of the country's most senior compliance regulatory officials, serving with the OCC for nineteen years. He served as a specialist in the compliance area of the OCC for sixteen years, and is widely known as a speaker and instructor on compliance topics at conferences, seminars and teleconferences sponsored by national and state banking trade associations.
Chuck joined the MBA in January of 2010 with more than 30 years of banking and compliance consulting experience having worked with UMB Consulting Services and most recently with RSM McGladrey. Lewis speaks frequently at MBA conferences and workshops as well as conducting programs nationwide. He has conducted more than 100 Bank Secrecy Act reviews and more than 100 other compliance reviews at banks. He has served on the ABA Executive Compliance Committee and was recognized with the ABA Distinguished Service Award for Compliance

In a banking career spanning nearly thirty years, John Cochran has served in various management and lending positions that have included Compliance and Loan Review Officer, Consumer and Commercial Lender, Chief Lending Officer and President and CEO of a community bank. John started his consulting and training company in 2000.
In addition to his banking assignments, John has been active in the Missouri Bankers Association for many years, leading lending workshops and speaking at MBA conferences. Since 1990, John has served as the lead faculty member for the Missouri School of Lending. He is also a faculty member for other lending schools, including the Missouri School of Banking, the Illinois Bankers Association Commercial Lending School, the Kentucky Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending, and the Minnesota Bankers Association School of Lending Principles and Commercial Lending School.
John has also conducted lending seminars and presentations for several state banking associations including the Nebraska, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota and North Dakotaas well as the Centers for Financial Training in Denver.
