Accidental Death and Dismemberment

The underwriter for this insurance product is ITT Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company. Together with the underwriter, MBA Insurance Group offers two product lines.

The Customer Appreciation Program is a vehicle the bank can use to express its appreciation for customers' continued loyalty to the bank. The customers are given $2,000 of no-cost Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance plus the opportunity to purchase additional coverage at a nominal cost.

The Club Account is the other product. With this option the bank is encouraged to use the AD&D coverage as an additional benefit in an array of bank products and services packaged for segmented markets of its customer base. The customer is given $10,000 of coverage plus an opportunity to purchase additional coverage at a nominal cost.
